About
Natasha Emily Lynch Studio is the eponymous name of the studio opened by Natasha, a Lancashire based fine artist. Since graduating from Chelsea College of Art with a first class honours in Textiles in 2018, she has honed her craft by maintaining a professional studio practice with continuous learning.. complimented and informed by teaching hundreds of workshops within the charity sector, for prestigious gardens, and top fashion houses.
More recently she completed a master's in textiles at Manchester School of Art (MA) and completed a Yoga teacher training in India, with a focus on inclusivity through additional trauma-informed and yin training. She prides herself in creating warm, welcoming space for participants to enjoy and fall in love with traditional craft and art.
Her textile pieces question the perceptions of craft skills, particularly textile techniques, regarding the reception of her work in the context of fine art. Through multi layered methods of handcrafting, painting and printmaking, she aims to represent and transform moments of personal introspection to prompt the viewers comprehension of nature as a whole. Natasha is open for private commissions and has a select and curated collection of pieces for sale that change with the seasons.
Natasha works from her cozy art studio, with the doors open to host private and public studios- sharing her love of traditional craft and art. She regularly collaborates with organisations, charities and private venues to host workshops and retreats on a public or private basis, so do get in touch if you have any ideas!
